Our most popular plan, the Silver VIP Club Membership comes with everything in the standard plan, plus the No Breakdown Guarantee and the Loyalty Replacement Program. $100 per year credit toward a new complete system, up to $1,000*. No Breakdown Guarantee: We are so confident in our maintenance agreement, if you do have a break down we will credit half the yearly cost of the program ($138) towards the repair.

VIP Gold Membership

The Gold VIP Club Membership is truly a level that not only provides worry free operation and money saving guarantees, but also helps your indoor air quality and allergies! The membership includes everything in the Silver plus these benefits:
  • No Repair Charges for the most common items we see fail (compressor contactor, compressor capacitor, indoor fan motor capacitor, outdoor fan motor capacitor, and up to 2 lbs of refrigerant a year)!

The Gold VIP Club Membership is truly a level that not only provides worry free operation and money saving guarantees, but also makes sure the battery is new for the winter time cold starts. The membership includes everything in the Silver plus these benefits:
  • Semi-Annual Services: Our technician will preform two scheduled services each year.
  • No Breakdown Guarantee: We are so confident in our maintenance agreement, if you do have a breakdown after the first service performed, we will credit half the yearly cost of the program ($228 Air Cooled, $336 Liquid Cooled) towards the repair!
  • Discounted Zone Fee of 50% is saving you half of what a service charge normally costs!
  • Immediate dispatch of the closest technician.
  • Free battery replacement ($400 value) once every four years! **
  • $100 per year credit toward a new complete system, up to $1,000. *
* Must maintain service agreement consecutively to be eligible for Loyalty Replacement Program. If service agreement is lapsed dollar amount will reset. ** Battery replacement will be done everything 4 years with current and up to date Gold Membership. Gold Membership must be maintained for 4 years, which upon the 4th year the battery replacement will be performed. *** Replacement of oil, filters, and spark plugs may not be necessary depending on condition and hours on equipment. Coolant flush on liquid cooled models is extra. Diesel units may require additional charges due to higher maintenance requirements and materials. **** Loyalty Replacement Program provides a maximum of $50 per year for Silver Membership and $100 per year for Gold Membership.
